By accessing and using FinanceLives (located at FinanceLives), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

You may not:

• Modify or copy the source code of our calculator engines, comparison algorithms, or game logic;
• Use the calculators, comparison tools, or Daily Finance Challenge content for any commercial financial advisory services without explicit written attribution and permission;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FinanceLives;
• Scrape, programmatically query, or use automated tools to extract our calculator logic, comparison data, quiz questions, glossary definitions, blog content, or proprietary financial models;
• Republish or redistribute Daily Finance Challenge content (puzzles, quiz questions, tips) without proper attribution.

3. Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

The materials, calculators, comparison tools, analytical widgets, Daily Finance Challenge content (including FinWord puzzles, quiz questions, tips, and historical facts), glossary definitions, and blog articles on FinanceLives are provided on an 'as is' basis. FinanceLives makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Further, FinanceLives does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the calculators, comparison tools, quiz answers, glossary definitions, blog content, or materials on its website.
